Last month, I upgraded to Windows 7 and had some I may have to do this eventually. I note that for whatever Acrobat, a message pops up in on my computer which was running XP. This problem is clearly one which is caused by system telling me that the serial.
The only serial number that my installation will accept until activation rejects it is totally new to me and I do not know where it came from. As soon as I opened Acrobat, a message pops up telling me that the serial number is incorrect. If I use the serial number I was given, it is not accepted.
